Of course, you haven’t really eaten at Lucky Robot until you’ve devoured one of their Robo Don bowls, stacked to the brim with grilled yellowtail, local veggies and a rich red curry sauce over rice. As a result, much of the menu at this hip sushi joint is naturally gluten free, but that doesn’t include any fried items.

Instead, the focus is on contemporary interpretations of classic recipes, clean ingredients, and local meats and produce. Though this modern, upscale Italian spot is Texas-sized, you won’t find Americanized fare here.
